Thomas J. Loegering, Jr., is the owner and designated broker of REMS (Real Estate Management Services), Inc. Arizona. TJ holds his broker’s licenses in both California and Arizona. He began his career in real estate in the family business nearly twenty years ago. He worked his way through the ranks in the California branch of REMS until 2005 then expanded the family property management business into Arizona. Having worked exclusively in property management has obviously given him a wealth of experience that he now shares with REMS AZ clients!
